Your information is used solely to prepare your bank account pre-qualification dossier and transmit it to the partner bank for review. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All data is securely stored on Microsoft Azure (Cosmos DB) with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Access is restricted to authorized bank personnel through authenticated dashboards.

5. Data Sharing

Your pre-qualification dossier is shared only with the designated partner bank for the purpose of processing your account application. No data is shared with any other third party.

6. Compliance

We comply with BCEAO (Central Bank of West African States) regulations, KYC/AML/LCB-FT requirements, and applicable data protection laws in the UEMOA zone.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also request a copy of all data we hold about you.

8. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration required by banking regulations and partner bank agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to regulatory requirements.
